Antonio La Marca

Antonio has almost twenty years of experience in corporate finance and strategic consulting, with a wide sector and geographical exposure, gained by working on a wide range of complex financial transactions, from M&A to bond issues, through special situations and structured finance.

His core competencies include excellent analytical, fundamental valuation and financial modelling skills, combined with a strategic and business perspective.

Prior to joining Kailios Capital, he was a senior investment professional for Ironshield Capital Management, a stressed and distressed credit investment fund based in London.

Prior to that, he was Head of Solutions (Special Situations) at KNG Securities LLP, in London. He also worked at EY in the Transaction Advisory Services department (now Strategy and Transactions), for their Milan office, most recently as a manager.

Prior to that, he worked in the Equity Capital Markets team at Credit Suisse London.

Antonio holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Turin, where he graduated with honors and received the Optime award as one of the top 10 graduates of the year.

He is an Italian native speaker and speaks English fluently (CEFR C2 level). He also has intermediate knowledge of Spanish and French.

His interests include finance, politics, technology, travel, sports, automobiles, music, and modern art.
